To initiate a Limited Warranty claim, the Customer shall furnish:

The Product(s) or the affected component thereof;
The original proof of purchase, which must clearly indicate the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase, and the GST number.

Warranty Period:

The Limited Warranty shall remain valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Definitions:

For the purposes of this Limited Warranty Policy:

"Armor" shall mean Portal Ventures Private Limited, a company incorporated under The Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 4S-No-341, Shivthirth CHS LTD, Kala Nagar, Bandra(E), Near Balthakare House, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400051, engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of consumer electronic products under the brand name Armor.
"Customer" shall mean any individual, corporate body, or legal entity identified in the Proposal/Quotation and/or Invoice issued by Portal Ventures Private Limited, residing within the territorial limits of India.
"Contract" shall mean the agreement for the sale of Product(s) and/or Services by Armor to a Customer, incorporating these terms and conditions.
"Order Confirmation" shall mean the formal acceptance by Armor of any order for Product(s) placed by a Customer.
"Price" shall refer to the amount specified in the Proposal/Quotation and/or Order Confirmation, with precedence given to the latter.
"Product(s)" shall include Armor-branded products, third-party products, and service offerings as described in the Order Confirmation.
"Service Offering(s)" shall mean service options provided by Armor for Armor-branded products or any part thereof.
"Third-Party Product(s)" shall mean products and/or services not manufactured by Armor.
"Eligible Repairs" shall refer to repairs of Product(s) that have not been tampered with or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
"Service Centre" shall mean an Armor-authorized service center or an authorized service partner listed on Armor’s official website under "List of Service Centers."
"Installation" shall mean the setup of software, including operating systems, drivers, and plug-ins, on a device.

Contract Formation:

A Contract shall be deemed to be formed only upon execution of a Customer Order by Armor. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is intended for personal use and not for resale.
All Product(s) sold and/or Services rendered by Armor shall be governed exclusively by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Customer shall be deemed invalid unless expressly agreed to in writing by Portal Ventures Private Limited.

Coverage of Limited Warranty:

This Limited Warranty does not extend to user manuals, third-party software, settings, content, or data stored on the Product(s).
Armor does not warrant that any software supplied with the Product(s) will meet the Customer’s requirements, function without interruption, or be error-free.
Armor shall not be liable for data loss occurring before, during, or after repair/replacement services.
This Limited Warranty is applicable solely within the territorial limits of India.
Software-related issues arising due to incorrect installation (unless installed by Armor) or malware infections shall not be covered.
Armor reserves the right to replace defective Product(s) with new or factory-refurbished units of equivalent performance.
Certain features of the Product(s) may not function under specific conditions; Armor shall not be held liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.

Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty shall not apply to:

Products not manufactured by or for Armor, or first sold outside India;
Damage caused due to improper use, handling, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions;
Non-compliance with the User Guide;
Unauthorized servicing, repairs, or modifications;
Damage occurring during transportation due to inadequate packaging by the Customer;
Damage resulting from improper installation of third-party products;
Consumable components, such as batteries, that require periodic replacement;
Damage caused by power fluctuations, electrical failures, or voltage surges;
Normal wear and tear;
Damage caused by external factors such as lightning, floods, or acts of God;
Accidental damage, misuse, or liquid exposure;
Physical damage to the Product(s);
Armor reserves the right to deny warranty service for justifiable reasons, which shall be communicated in writing to the Customer.

Limitations/Disclaimer of Warranty/Liability:

Armor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, except as expressly stated herein.
Armor’s maximum liability shall be limited to the invoice amount paid by the Customer for the affected Product(s).
Armor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, work stoppage, or personal injury.
Certain Product(s) features may require data collection or reliance on third-party service providers; Armor shall not be held responsible for the unavailability or malfunctioning of such features.

Acceptance Terms:

Release of products to us is taken as acceptance of these terms.
The customer confirms that he is the owner / representative of the owner for the device and is duly authorized to request Armor for replacement.
The customer confirms that the description of the fault is accurate and that no other fault(s) exist to the best of his / her knowledge.
Any product(s) taken for replacement on the basis of warranty are checked and replaced under warranty conformant to the terms and conditions set out by Armor from time to time. The accredited engineer’s decision in this matter will be final and binding on the customer.
The company reserves the right to refuse to replace any product(s) in the absence of the ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE.
Warranty will stand null and void if the damage caused to the Armor Product(s) is due to use of non-standard/ sub-standard batteries, hands-free, memory card & charger etc. or such other electronics devices, consumables and accessories.

Doa Warranty Terms:

A Product(s) that is found to be defective within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase shall qualify as DOA.
DOA claims shall be processed through the original point of sale (Dealer/Distributor/Retailer).
DOA claims shall require the submission of the Product(s), all accessories, and original packaging.

Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, and internet or telecommunication failures.

Governing Law:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal disputes.
Armor shall not be held liable for the temporary unavailability of its website due to technical issues beyond its control.
Armor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
This Limited Warranty Policy is subject to change, and the most recent version shall be applicable at the time of any claim.
