Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of order placement.
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation message with a tracking ID.

Delivery Guidelines
Each order will be shipped to the destination address specified at the time of payment. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting the product for any signs of tampering or damage to the packaging.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an Order Before Shipment:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it without any charges by contacting our support team.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Cancelling an Order After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may refuse the delivery.
Cancelling an Order After Delivery:
Once delivered, our return & replacement policy applies (see that section for details).
