Can I Return my Product?

We do not accept returns. However, If you receive a defective item, you may request a replacement.

Can I Get a Replacement?

Yes! You can request a replacement within 7 days of arrival if:

  • The product is defective or not working properly.
  • It arrived damaged (report this within 48 hours of delivery).
  • You received the wrong item.
  • We charge no restocking or reverse shipping fees

What Can't Be Replaced?

  • Minor color or design differences due to lighting or screens.
  • Damage caused by accidents, water, or misuse.

How Do I Request a Replacement?

  • Contact us at helpdesk@armor.business or through our website chat with your order details.
  • If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on returning it.
  • Once we receive it, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost within 7-10 business days.
