Can I Return my Product?
We do not accept returns. However, If you receive a defective item, you may request a replacement.
Can I Get a Replacement?
Yes! You can request a replacement within 7 days of arrival if:
The product is defective or not working properly.
It arrived damaged (report this within 48 hours of delivery).
You received the wrong item.
What Can't Be Replaced?
Minor color or design differences due to lighting or screens.
Damage caused by accidents, water, or misuse.
How Do I Request a Replacement?

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on returning it.
Once we receive it, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost within 7-10 business days.
