No Sound or Audio is Cutting Out
- Check the Connection: Ensure the USB-C connector is securely inserted into the audio port on your device.
- Test with Another Device: Try the headphones with a different device (PC, phone, console).
- Inspect the Cable: Look for any visible damage in the cable.
- Adjust the Volume: Ensure that the volume on both the device and headphones is turned up.
- Verify the Audio Output: Ensure your device is set to output sound through the headphones.
Audio Only Coming From One Side
- Reinsert the cable: Disconnect the headphones and plug them back in.
- Check Balance Settings: Ensure audio balance is centered in your device settings.
- Inspect the Cable: Test the headphones with another device to rule out damage.
Microphone Not Working
